How does your sizing work?

Women's OSFM = Women's 5-10 Shoe

Women's S/M = Women's 5-10 Shoe

Women's M/L = Women's 8.5+ Shoe

Men's OSFM = Men's 8-12.5 Shoe

Men's S/M = Men's 5-8 Shoe

Men's M/L = Men's 8-12.5 Shoe

What is your return policy?

We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card account for any items you are not completely happy with. The item must be returned to Ozone Design Inc. within 30 days of the order date in unworn and perfect condition (including hangers and original packaging) along with an email to ozone.orders@ozonesocks.com requesting a return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at accounting@ozonesocks.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to ozone.orders@ozonesocks.com and send your item to the address below.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Do your socks have a warranty?

Socks don't last forever, but if they fall apart with a couple of washes, something is not right. Let us know the details, and we'll see what we can do. Emails and pictures should be sent to ozone.orders@ozonesocks.com.

Shipping Policy:

All orders ship within 3-5 business days after being placed, regardless of the shipping speed selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number in it to track the progress of your order.

We ship orders Monday-Friday 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM EST. Currently, we do not fulfill orders on Saturday or Sunday.

Please note: The shipping service you select at checkout reflects the shipping speed you are paying for, not the fulfillment time. Your order will ship within 3-5 business days after it is placed, regardless of if you selected next day shipping, or standard ground shipping.

Transit Times:
USPS 1st Class -- 3-5 days
USPS Priority Mail -- 1-3 days
UPS Ground -- 3-5 days
International shipping time vary, please proceed to checkout to view prices.
Sock of the Month Club is only available to ship within the United States.

Promo codes:

The best way to get promo codes is to sign up for our newsletter. If you found a code on a different website and it doesn't work, please send us an email. We can not control what gets published on different websites, but we can try to accommodate. It is company policy to only allow one discount/order. Unless otherwise noted, codes cannot be applied to Sock of the Month Club or Mystery Bundle.

Custom made socks:

Can you make a price adjustment to an order before or after a sale's period?

Unfortunately, no - it is company policy to not make any price adjustments to orders placed before or after a sale.
